Smarty Pants Pre-School has self initiated extremely high standards that exceed the State of Florida's minimum standards on childcare. We know there is no substitute for hands on experiences and high quality childcare. We operate a 52 week schedule and have established methods and approaches designed to excel and advance our mission of being the best childcare provider in the industry. We are constantly reinvesting into our programs and measure our benchmarks against our superior expectations, the industry standards, and the oversight mandates of codes, statutes, rules and regulations. We do this to ensure our clients are receiving the very best care, programs, curriculum and services available.

Smarty Pants Pre-School personnel are required to possess the Florida Childcare Professional Certification. They receive in service and personalized training that encourages and supports an environment of positive behavior. Our professional staff addresses the individual needs of all children. They are trained to create a climate that is rich with values that strengthen commitment, compassion, cooperation, courage, fairness, helpfulness, humor, patience, respect, diversity, and self reliance.

When Mommy and Daddy are not there, Smarty Pants Pre-School staff becomes an extension of your family providing the nurturing and trust that enables children to excel. Smarty Pants Pre-School's Hot Lunch and Healthy snacks provide the nourishment that warms the belly and ensures children's needs are being met.

Uniform Pre-School
Smarty Pants Pre-School believes there are many reasons to wear uniforms. One is camaraderie. We understand children have different beliefs and cultures. They are individuals learning various family traditions, values, and loyalties. We encourage and nurture this diversity. The uniform is not intended to conceal their individuality; it is intended to create a sense of belonging. Young children sometimes go through separation anxiety; to alleviate this worry an environment must be inviting and trustworthy. Children thrive when they are comfortable. Their confidence is strengthened with consistency, repetition, and familiarity. Wearing the uniform creates a visual insignia and familiarity that eases their apprehension. Wearing the uniform is mandatory. Parents/Guardians are encouraged to support this policy. Uniforms can be purchased at our Smarty Pants Pre-School Locations.
